Conduct preheating before formal daily operation to confirm all devices work normally. Test the gap between the upper mold (at its lowest position) and the workbench—ensure it matches the sheet thickness to avoid mold damage and extend service life.
Program according to the bending sequence and dimensions. Two input methods are commonly used: angle input and depth input (depth input is more widely applied). Activate the machine’s memory function to enter parameters such as bending dimensions, speed, time, and cycles. Perform a test bend; start mass production only after confirming no errors.
After starting the machine, run it idly for 1–2 minutes. Begin work only if no abnormalities are detected. Assign a dedicated person to direct during operation, ensuring close coordination among personnel per unified arrangements.
Secure the sheet tightly to prevent lifting during bending; avoid one-sided bending. Immediately stop and correct if workpiece or mold misalignment is found—never adjust manually.
